Crushed Rock
20mm Class 3 Blue
Blue metal is crushed down from Basalt rock and screened to size. It is typically blue to dark grey in colour and is sized to 20 mm minus (meaning it includes material graded from 20 mm down to dust) As Road Base compacts well, it serves as a good bed below sand for paving and under decorative pebbles or decomposed granites. Generally, road base can be used anywhere you need a solid base before construction, especially for driveways or paths.

Non-Descript Crushed Rock 20mm
NDCR is a 20mm crushed rock that suitable for bulk filling where a material meeting a Class rating is not essential. Can also be used as a Type B Fill rock.
